While Kyield was developed in a small, private lab and incubator, many of the underlying technologies that enable the delivery of Kyield's systems were researched, developed, and/or adopted initially at one or more of the labs sponsored by the defense cluster and tested on supercomputers. Only recently have the essential ingredients come together that allow for similarly structured data to be extended to the entire enterprise with personal devices, even if supercomputers or their equivalent are supplying the bulk of analytics in data centers.
We considered the recent mandate by the U.S. Department of Defense for adoption of the semantic enterprise to be a major milestone in the history of computing and quite possibly the point of inflection for our relatively small sub-sector in the semantic enterprise. To no surprise, perhaps, we also believe that our patented system is essential as the brains for managing what will likely be the first very large scale semantic enterprise system operated via the cloud and mobile workforce.
Rational use cases for applying Kyield that can deliver an exceptional ROI are vast in number and type, many of which were previously impossible to achieve at any price.
