With the Project Module, a Kyield member can view all of their current projects and ratings for them. Links to project scope, tasks, team members, and schedule make it easy to delve into all the details of a project. Project leaders can also edit the details of projects they lead.
Any Kyield member can propose a new project, the type of project, their role in it, and propose a list of team members suited to the project. When a business group master or the CKO approves the project, it appears in the project module, ready for the project leader to add the details.
Links for consumption (the project course and messaging settings) and metrics (for progress and rating details) complete the project picture. Because the CKO and business group masters can easily view project details at any time, they can keep up with project progress and suggest additional resources to meet project goals.
