The Kyield deployment process begins with the Pre-Deployment Survey in consultation with the client engagement team, representing the chief executive officer, chief information officer, head of human resources, and corporate trainer.
Each member of the client’s Kyield engagement team completes their portion of the online Pre-Deployment Survey detailing the organization’s unique technical, security, and organizational environment.
The data from the Pre-Deployment Survey provides the technical deployment requirements as well as the default settings for the Kyield management module. For example, essential information gathered in the survey include client installation of email servers, database software, middleware, and languages used in the specific business units, as well as feedback on organizational culture and management perspective.
