Each knowledge worker who subscribes to the Kyield system has a unique profile in a My Kyield module, which manages a messaging account and search return. Each subscriber can modify their My Kyield module for their own work. My Kyield allows each member to tailor a specific course for their role in the organization, providing continual training, relevant information for current tasks, and prepare for future roles. The requirements for member information are unique to each organization, business unit, and individual. Mandatory and recommended messaging settings from the CKO module and Business Group module provide choices for individuals to continually update individual modules to aid individual schedule, project needs, work groups, tasking, and training needs. Perhaps most interesting and valuable of Kyield functionality, My Kyield Modules offer sophisticated controls for adjusting message volume, quality, content, and device selection, making Kyield a flexible and highly useful tool for knowledge workers today and well into the future. Kyield members can increase or decrease the volume and quality of inbound messages to their Kyield account. Kyield members can also adjust the My Kyield module for comparisons and reviews, Members then determine who to share work-related information with, ranging from their entire social network, or only those approved, providing secure management of IP related communications. Kyield security policies are set by the CKO designate, from which each individual can choose which devices to include, and determine file type and size, or simply choose optimize delivery for the corporate network. My Kyield module also contains the detailed data on each individual’s original work entered into the Kyield system, including peer review ratings and supervisor ratings, as well as links to completed work and work in progress. Members can enter additional content into the Kyield system when convenient. Now we can view the Metrics, which is an important part of the Kyield system.
