Kyield provides a Metrics screen to display evaluations of a member’s performance in daily activities and projects. For each activity and project, a Kyield member can see the hours spent, its percentage of time work, and the number of times in a week the member engages in each activity and project. Besides the numeric ratings for each activity and project, Kyield color codes metrics that fall outside the organization’s standards. Areas that need improvement appear in yellow and red. Areas deserving reward appear in blue and green. This color coding gives the member, the business group master, and the CKO an instant read on performance. A key feature of Kyield is the recording of ratings for each member. Each member receives a rating for the various work products. The ratings come from the member’s work groups, peer groups, business group masters, and self assessment. Kyield then displays an average rating for each work product. When a Kyield member produces a new work product, it can be added to the Project Module to receive ratings.
