The Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) Module is the hub of the Kyield system. The designated CKO can tune Kyield to manage and enhance the knowledge yield, or output, of the entire organization. For example, the CKO designate can easily create and edit additional modules as needed for various business units, projects, and individual specialists.
Management can use this tool to create a list of mandatory messengers who provide information about the organization’s mission, and can then modify this list as needed. The module can also be used to set up a global course with appropriate parameters for information that all members of the organization need for accomplishing mission goals, providing messaging in a carefully managed format that optimizes regulatory requirements with continual learning, human motivation, and productivity. With the Search and Navigation controls, the CKO designate can find, view, and manage all aspects of the organization, its members, and its performance; and easily find sources of quality information.
